From Kokoro #090 - Like Catching Water with a Net

On the edges of famous West Lake in Hangzhou, China are a couple of hundred meters of these nets, strung in the water making all kinds of interesting geometric patterns. I asked my host, who asked his translator, but none of us could guess their purpose. I concluded their purpose was to be photographed — and I was clearly right!
