This website is about life — specifically using photography and media to explore the world.
At least my little corner of it.

I think and work in projects. The website is organized this way, too.

In terms of media, you'll find photography, audio, video; single images, folios, and downloadable PDFs; short things, long things; free things, things for sale; collectible things, and disposable things.

I hope you'll also find meaningful things, useful things, moving things.

New!

Be sure to check out the new PDF Publications page. Digital books in the form of PDFs you can download and view on your computer using the free Acrobat Reader.

Brooks Jensen

Brooks Jensen is a maker of things, an observer, a commentator. He works with cameras, lenses, computers, paper, chemicals, inks, to make images — with microphones, recorders, digital memory, and tape to make audio tracks and video segments. He works with ideas, flits of thought, emotions, moods, stories, artifacts. A photographer, a designer, a typographer, an audio engineer, a visual artist, an aural artist.

1 cup of tapioca pudding
(his favorite)
1½ cups of philosophy
¾ cup story
2 tablespoons image
1 teaspoon audio
pinch of The Dickens
Salt to taste

He is also the Editor of LensWork.
